Join us for an evening with Artificial Intelligence expert, Dr. Tyler Cook from Emory University to:
1) Increase understanding of definitions and concepts of Artificial Intelligence,
2) Learn more about the current AI tools available to our youth,
3) Identify do's and don'ts of AI- risks and solutions,
4) Discuss education, safety, and mental health with AI.
Followed by a Q&A session for participants' questions and concerns.
Tyler Cook, Ph.D.
Dr. Cook is the assistant program director of the Center for AI Learning at Emory University. He is also a professional fellow in the Center for Ethics at Emory and a research affiliate in the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Cook obtained his PhD from the Department of Philosophy at The Ohio State University, where I wrote a dissertation on some topics in machine ethics. His current research focuses on various issues in the ethics of artificial intelligence (AI).
