Parents Under Pressure — Part 2
Monday, December 7, 2020 7-8pm
Is the stress of parenting during this pandemic about to burst your parenting barometer?
As a follow up to our last session, join us for an interactive session with Jeannine Jannot, PhD.
Dealing with family stress continues to be a top concern for us all. Let's work together to find new ways to cope and thrive.
We encourage participants to make connections and share resources as we explore the following together:
Coping with parenting stress in pandemic conditions.
Managing your own self-care (physical and emotional).
Balancing work, school, and other life demands (time management, organization, energy management, boundaries, sleep).
Identifying when someone needs an extra helping hand, and where to turn when help is needed.
More Door Prizes!!
Attendee drawings. Winners will receive gift cards to local businesses.
One attendee will receive a copy of Dr. Jannot's book, The Disintegrating Student: Super Smart and Falling Apart.
