Join us for a presentation and discussion with DHS Instructional Coach and IB Coordinator, Cheryl Nahmias, and DHS Counselor, Ken Jackson, as they explore the very real challenge of helping our teens manage stress in healthy ways. We'll identify common sources of stress in their academic and personal lives and offer practical solutions to help them manage and thrive.

You may be looking forward to middle and high school years, maybe you are in the throws of teenage stress, or maybe your student is in the first years out of high school. Through our Speaker Series, DPN works to provide parents with solid tools for nurturing our children toward good health, caring, and responsibility.

Please sign in when you arrive and complete a quick event survey before you leave. Thank you!
