Visitors may be asked for their name and email address. Members may be asked for their name, email address, cell phone number, and graduation class year(s) of their children. No children’s names or data (other than graduating year) will be requested on this website. Visitors may visit our Site anonymously.

To send periodic emails – We may use the email address to send information and news pertaining to Decatur Parent Network. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If a Visitor or Member decides to opt-in to our mailing list and/or joins our Network, they will receive emails that may include network news, information, etc. If at any time Visitors and Members would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails or disengage from our network membership, we include detailed unsubscribe and exit membership instructions at the bottom of each email.
To connect Members with each other – We use your information to connect you to the general membership and the general membership to you to create networking relationships to propel stated Decatur Parent Network vision, mission, and goals.
To personalize Visitor and Member experience – We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Visitors as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
To improve our Site – We may use feedback you enhance to usability and Site content.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding Visitors and Members with our trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above.
